A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 718"

1. On May 4, 2015, while the Defendant was driving the Victim C, at around 01:0 on May 4, 2015, the Defendant considered the Victim C’s entry into the “Eoman Bank” located in Yansan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, as well as the Victim F, and finally divided the Victim C into two parts.
