Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant shall be the head of a nursery in which the E-child care center is operated at all times D.
Basic childcare fees may be provided by the Ministry of Health and Welfare for each group of children to the appropriate ratio of the number of children for each group of the teachers, only if the operator of a private childcare center complies with the upper limit of childcare fees and necessary expenses, and accurately enters and claims the infants and children who have been actually in childcare at the childcare center in compliance with the "total number of children" and "ratio
Therefore, the operator of a private childcare center shall comply with the "building-to-child ratio" and make a claim for basic childcare fees, which are subsidies, by stating only the infants who have actually been taken care of at the childcare center, and shall not receive subsidies by fraud or other improper means.
1. The Defendant: (a) registered in the childcare integration system as if he/she had taken care of 20 infants at the childcare center, from March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2013; (b) registered in the childcare integration system as if he/she had taken care of 20 infants, including G H, I, J,K, L, M, P, P, Qu, P, Quu, S, T, U,V,W, Z, Z, AAB, AB, and AC, and registered in the childcare integration system as if he/she took care of 20 infants in the childcare center AD alone, and filed a false claim for childcare fees; and (c) basic childcare fees were paid for each appropriate part of the children’s percentage for the given period; and (d) received subsidies from the above G 204, Q284, and Q28, as stated in attached Table No. 195.
2. From March 1, 2013 to May 31, 2013, 13, 13 infants and young children and young children and young children and young children, including QE, AF, AG, AH, AH, AI, AJ, AK, AK, AM, AM, AP, AP, Q, and AAR, which were taken care of at the above E-child care center without being taken care of at the E-child care center.
