Reasons

1. The plaintiff's assertion

A. On September 2014, the Plaintiff intended to promote consulting services on the use of the land in Gwangju-gu Seoul as a site for the construction project of multi-family housing with the selector B of the end of September, 2014, and proposed a review on the construction project of multi-family housing to the Defendant
