A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant purchased a large quantity of ethyl content by forging a prescription on the ground that stroke-m (hereinafter referred to as “stroke-m”) which is a stroke-m (the product name ethyl oxide; hereinafter referred to as “stroke-m”), which is a limited quantity of local mental medicine that was prescribed at the hospital, would increase the effect of the stroke-m (hereinafter referred to as “stroke-m”).

1. On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) had been holding a prescription form “A” in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the purpose of forging a prescription form without permission; (b) had a copy of the prescription form in the “E” office located in the same Gu, around 17:00 of the same month; and (c) had a number of copies of the prescription form in the form of “A” and written the form of “A” in the form of the pen using the pen; and (d) had been in possession of the pen form in advance.

The F’s seal is stamped, and the F’s seal is written in the column of the Medical Care Institution’s sign, “G” from July 21, 2015 to 0043, “A, H” in the patient column, “A,” “C, facsimile number K” in the medical institution column, “F” in the license type column, “L” in the license type column, “L” in the license number column, and “L” in the name column of prescription medicine, and “L” in the column of the prescription medicine’s name, and then written in the column of the prescription drug’s name, “Sethyl full 10mgh and 28mh and 10mgh and 28mh.” affix the above F’s seal in the column of the medical doctor’s signature or seal affixed thereon, and then written in the same way as the relevant part of the relevant crime committed during the period from July 7, 2015 to August 6, 2015.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a prescription in the name of F, a private document, and a prescription in the name of M, a doctor, with the intent of uttering.

2. On July 21, 2015, the Defendant of the instant investigation document purchased ethyl melt, etc. from “O pharmacy” located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and then could not know the forgery.
