A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) on July 21, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Crimes committed on May 11, 2019;

A. On May 11, 2019, at around 12:30 on May 12, 2019, the Defendant obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount by obtaining a food certificate of an amount equivalent to KRW 41,800, and providing the said food with meals to the persons related to the stable receipt place, even though he did not have any relationship with the victim E who was married in the 7th wedding hall of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building C, and did not pay congratulatory money.

B. On May 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 14:09, at the wedding hall hall conference room in the foregoing paragraph (a) around 14:09, the Defendant cut off the victim F, who was the son F, from her out of her out, food and drink; and (b) cut off the gap between 150,000 won in cash and 100,000 won in her inside the inside her cover, and stolen the victim’s property.

2. On May 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 12:56 on May 26, 2019, committed a crime, at the wedding hall as indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, (b) committed a crime as if he did not have any relationship with the victim G who was married in the wedding hall and did not pay a congratulatory money; and (c) as if he did not receive an food fee, he did so, and (d) obtained a food certificate of an amount equivalent to KRW 37,400 from the person related to the livestock collection place, and obtained a food certificate of an amount equivalent to KRW 37,400 from the person related to the livestock collection place, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

1.
