Punishment of the crime
[Judgment of the court below]
1. On August 19, 2009, the Defendant: (a) entered into a contract with E and F to lease the second floor singing bars of the above building with E in a D restaurant operated by the Defendant, and (b) made it possible to prepare a real estate lease contract in the name of G; (c) made the above E’s fatherF known the lessor’s personal information to G; (d) made the lessor enter “G” and the resident registration number column “H” and the address column into the lessor’s name, and affixed the Defendant’s prior seal on the G name.
Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
2. On August 24, 2009, the Defendant: (a) had the above E file an application for the registration of the business of the said singing store in the net tax office located in the Macheon-si Sacheon-si Sacheon-si Sacheon-si, and exercised the said investigation document by having the public official in charge, who cannot know the forgery, submit the forged real estate lease contract under the name of G as if it was duly formed.

On March 10, 2008, the Defendant: (a) on the location of the real estate at the Do restaurant of the first floor of the C building in Ycheon-si, the Defendant: (b) on the location of the real estate using a verification pen in the form of the real estate lease contract, forged the G’s real estate lease contract in the name of G, which is a private document concerning the rights and duties, with the intention of using the official seal affixed thereon; (c) on the lessee’s address, “S”, “K, telephone number on the resident registration number; (d) on the lessee’s address; (e) on the date, “M”; (e) on March 6, 2008; (e) on the lessor’s address, “H”; (e) on the date and time; and (e) on the name, “H”, and (e) on the name of G with the intention of using the seal affixed thereon; and (e) on the same date, at the same place, the document that forged the M’s real estate lease contract.
