1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and two months;

2. A child abuse treatment program for 40 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is de facto marital relationship with B, and the victim C (mast, 8 years of age) was living together with D, who was a usual father-child relationship with B, and was living together with the Defendant, B and May 3, 2019, and had Jeju-do travel from May 10, 2019 to May 10.

1. 2019. 5. 4.경 범행 피고인은 2019. 5. 4. 17:00경부터 18:00경까지 사이에 전남 여수시 엑스포대로 320-66 여수엑스포여객선터미널 주차장에 주차되어있는 E 레인지로버 차량 내에서 피해자가 영어 문제를 틀렸다는 이유로 영어 책을 동그랗게 말아 피해자의 손바닥을 수회 때려 아동의 신체에 손상을 주거나 신체의 건강 및 발달을 해치는 신체적 학대행위를 하였다.

2. Crimes around May 5, 2019;

A. On May 5, 2019, from around 01:50 to 02:00, the Defendant committed physical abuse against the victim’s body or harming physical health and development of body on the part of hand, on the ground that the victim made a false statement that the victim had been able to do so in English while failing to do so, and on the ground that the victim was satisfing in English.

B. At around 19:00 on May 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the galinum, which was a dangerous object of the victim’s injury to the body of the victim or undermining physical health and development of the body, on the ground that the victim made an English language problem in the Fpenta, the Defendant carried dangerous objects and carried them with the victim, thereby making use of the galinum, which was in danger of the victim’s physical abuse; and (b) carried them at the same time, carried them with approximately three weeks of the need for treatment.

3. From May 6, 2019 to May 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) demanded B to take the head of the victim, instead of misunderstanding the victim, on the ground that the victim teared English books from May 15, 2019 to 16:00; and (b) demanded B to take the head of the victim.
