1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A shall complete the payment of KRW 80,031,453 and KRW 23,957,167 among them.

Facts of recognition

A. (1) On May 23, 2001, LG card Co., Ltd. loaned a loan of KRW 2,882,00 to Defendant A with the interest rate of KRW 24% after the due date and 12 months after the due date.

(A) (1) 2 On September 17, 2001, LG card Co., Ltd. granted a loan by setting the amount of KRW 1,475,00 to Defendant A, at the rate of 24% after the due date and 12 months after the due date.

(A) (3) on February 26, 2002, Samsung Card Co., Ltd. granted a loan by setting the amount of KRW 4,525,663 to Defendant A, at the rate of 26% per annum after the due date of payment and 36 months after the due date.

(A) (3) 4 June 30, 200, Samsung Capital Co., Ltd. loaned KRW 1,291,670 to Defendant A on and after the due date of payment of KRW 3 years (Hanlon’s plaque), and on April 30, 2003, notified Defendant A of the fact of transferring the above credit on May 30, 200.

(A) (4-1~4-3). (5) Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. loaned KRW 4,454,000 to Defendant A on June 25, 2001 (dicide plaque), and on March 31, 2003, transferred the above claim to the Korea Asset Management Corporation and notified Defendant A of the fact of transferring the claim on the same day.

(A) on April 1, 2003, LG card Co., Ltd. (6) borrowed to Defendant A 15 million won at the interest rate of 19% per annum, 26% per annum, and 48 months after the due date. D guaranteed the principal and interest obligation of D.

LG Card Co., Ltd. transferred the above bonds to the Korea Asset Management Corporation on August 29, 2003, and notified Defendant A of the fact of transferring the above bonds on the same day.

A. (6-1~6-3). (b)

On May 13, 2005, LG Card Co., Ltd. transferred the above and the principal and interest of loan to the Plaintiff, and notified Defendant A of the transfer of the above credit.

Samsung Card Co., Ltd. transferred the principal and interest of loans to the Plaintiff on May 13, 2005, and notified Defendant A of the transfer of the above bonds.

On May 13, 2005, the Korea Asset Management Corporation transferred the above-mentioned four principal and interest of loan to the Plaintiff, and notified Defendant A of the transfer of the above credit.

C. As such, each of the above principal and interest claims that the Plaintiff ultimately received.
