1. Facts of recognition;

A. A. On August 20, 2009, a social loan company organized a total of KRW 11,090,000 with interest rate of KRW 39% by October 23, 2010, including lending KRW 4 million to the Defendant. The loans as of May 24, 2011 remain in principal amounting to KRW 6,98,752.

B. On February 22, 2014, A professional loan company transferred the above principal and interest of loan to the Plaintiff and notified the Defendant of the assignment of the loan at that time.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 39% per annum from May 24, 2011 to the date of full payment.

3. As such, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justified, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
