1. The part of the judgment of the first instance against the plaintiff shall be revoked.

In the first instance trial, the Plaintiff claimed payment of KRW 54,180,871, and KRW 24,346,572 of the credit card payment claim that was acquired from a new credit card company, and KRW 26,46,968, ② credit card payment claim that was acquired from a credit card company, and KRW 8,719,147, ③ 24,180,871, ④ credit card payment claim that was acquired from a credit card company, and KRW 24,346,572, and the first instance court rejected the remainder of the claim.

Since only the plaintiff appealed against this issue, the subject of the judgment of this court is limited to the claim for the principal and interest (III), which the plaintiff acquired from T&S Co., Ltd. and Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (III and IV).

2. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 30, 2002, our Bank (Korea Light Bank Co., Ltd.) loaned 20 million won each to the Defendant with two household ordinary loan loans. As of December 5, 2013, the debt amount of the above loan was 54,180,871 won in total (20,971,740 won (20,000 won) and interest interest 14,209,131 won (7,109,588 won) (7,09,09,59,543 won).

On November 25, 2011, the Korean Bank notified the Defendant of the fact of transferring the said two claims on or before January 27, 2012.
