Punishment of the crime
【2017 High Order 110】 The Defendant proposed that, in the event of a marriage report with a Chinese employee seeking to be employed in the Republic of Korea, a free trip will be made and five million won will be paid in return for the report of marriage with the Chinese employee, who did not have any job known in the course of the introduction of the Chinese employee due to a disguised marriage hub C, D, driving engineer E, taxi driver, F, and G. The above C, D, E, F, and G accepted the proposal and conspired to make a false report of marriage with the Chinese employee introduced by the Defendant.
1. On March 29, 2005, the Defendant jointly committed with C and H, together with C and H, entered the same as C and H into the family register information processing system, in the office of the Gu/Si/Gu office, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, and upon the above public offering, C had the Defendant enter the same into the family register information processing system, even though they did not intend to marry with H, as if they were actually married.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C and H, made a false report of marriage and had a public official record false facts in the public electronic records processing system, and had him keep and keep it.
2. On March 30, 2005, the Defendant jointly committed the crimes with E and I, together with E and I, in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Yeonsu-gu Office civil service center of Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and according to the above conspiracy, E prepared a false marriage report as if the Defendant was married with I, and submitted it to the public official in charge of the fact that he was not aware of the fact to enter the above public official into the marriage with E and I in the family information processing system.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E and I, made a false report of marriage to have a public official record false facts in the public electronic records processing system, and had him keep and keep them.
