A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;
A. On August 9, 2013, at around 15:50, the Defendant heard that he was drinking at “D cafeteria” in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, “D cafeteria,” and that he was drinking out before the victim E (the age of 63), and that he was drinking out, and assaulted the victim by drinking the beer, which the Defendant was drinking on the back of the victim’s back, and by drinking in his finger.
