Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2016, around 19:20 on March 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by hiding the two punishments on the examination color clothes in the aggregate amount of KRW 860,000, and the two punishments on the lower part of the market price managed by the victim D, which caused the insufficiency in monitoring employees around the third floor of the building B in Seoul, Jung-gu Special event site.
