A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 4, 2016, around 13:32, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s Maio Maio Galet, operated by the victim B at 266, Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, by putting off the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 850,60,00 in total; (b) 2, 1, and 1,000 in total.

2. On October 18, 2016, around 17:17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) concealed the Defendant’s 1 emergency bus baton, which was displayed in the store, at the modern D store of the 662-ro, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, while hiding it into the Defendant’s baton which was 49,000 won at the market price of the modern bat bus baton.

3. On October 18, 2016, the Defendant, at the 4th E store in the above modern department store DCCBE store, was stolen by hiding the Defendant’s oral report on an emergency warning, which was displayed in the store as soon as the market price of 48,500 won in Hyundai department store, Hyundai, Inc., Ltd., which was displayed in the store, was promptly 48,50 won.

4. On October 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) concealed the Defendant’s 17:52, and stolen the Defendant’s 1st floor F stores underground of the said modern department store DCBCB; and (b) concealed the Defendant’s 256,00 won in total at the market price of the victim Hyundai department store, which was displayed in the store.

5. On October 18, 2016, around 18:38, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant’s 2nd food pipes of the above modern department store DCCB CCB; (b) the market value of the victim Hyundai department store, which was displayed in the store, by hiding the Defendant’s 1,00 won in total; and (c) the Defendant’s 1,000 won in total.
