Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution in this court on July 27, 2012, and the said judgment was finalized on August 4, 2012.

On April 4, 201, from around 22:00 to around 00:10 the following day, the Defendant, along with B, C, and D, has seven cards using 52 in each “G” scheme operated by F in Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu, with the same number of 3 or three consecutive numbers in the same pattern such as the same number of card, may be discarded if the number is at least three consecutive in the same number, and the Defendant, at first, 100 to 5,000 won per time, 100 to 100 to 5,000 won per remaining card, provided a card called “hullar.”
