Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 15:34 on February 8, 2017, the Defendant driven BK5 car without obtaining a driver’s license from around approximately 300 meters away from the front road of the YTT YTTTT to the road adjacent to the YTTTT, Taecheon-si, Taecheon-si, Taecheon-si, Busan District District Court in Taecheon-do.

1. On March 18, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at around 6km section from around 6km to the front of the new construction site in the e-mail in the north-dong in the north-dong in the east-dong in the East Sea at around 16:20 on March 18, 2017.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Damages is the owner of Cone Star Co., Ltd.
No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.
Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the foregoing van without being covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
