Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On April 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) at the Suwon Friwon, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Nriwon detention center on September 13, 2014.

1. B. The Defendant, from around 01:30 on September 16, 2015 to around 3:30 on the same day, from around 01:0 to around 6:30 on the road of the Defendant’s house to the front road of the said Defendant’s house, driving a Fone Star Co., Ltd., which was not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver’s license from around 64 km section to the front road of the said Defendant’s house.

3.
