1. The defendant
(a) Attached Form B, which is a store B, 58,88,131 underground as Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On July 201, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Non-Party Facilities Management Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Corporation”) under the condition that the Plaintiff is entrusted by the Corporation to manage the underground street street, 58, 88, 131 Eul-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “BD”) and the installation site of the installation site, including the content that the Plaintiff is entrusted by the Corporation to manage the underground street street, 131 Eul-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “BD”) (hereinafter referred to as the “instant agreement”).
B. Around November 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on Company B (hereinafter “instant store”) and delivered the instant store to the Defendant around that time. The main contents are as follows.

Article 2 (Rental Deposit) ① Rental Deposit: 7,749,600 won has been increased to 7,915,200 won from May 2014.
④ When paying as a performance guarantee insurance policy, 6% interest per annum shall be paid in equal monthly installments, and 42,570 won per month by applying the interest rate of 6% per annum (including surtax) or 3% per annum from January 2014, was reduced to 21,770 won per month by applying the rate of 3% per annum;
The guarantee period shall be six months after the expiration of the contract.
Article 3 (Rent, etc.) ① Payment of monthly rent has been increased from May 5, 2014 to 362,780 won each month after the 355,190 won (including additional rent).
B shall be paid in full by the date designated by the Plaintiff, and if the date of designation is a legal holiday, it shall be paid by the following day.
(3) Rent shall be within the limit prescribed in Article 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Commercial Building Lease Protection Act every year.
