A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:30 on October 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven an Orus cams car as a business and continued to operate a sun-road intersection in the hydro-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-rayed occupational negligence in violation of the new subparagraph; (b) the victim D (V, 57 years old) who was directly in accordance with the new subparagraph from the time Maro-gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-ray-ray Habro, who was directly in accordance with the new subparagraph on the back of the time Maro-gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-ray, and did not immediately stop and take necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the reason that the sentencing of Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, such as probation, community service, and order to attend a lecture, is not less than the basic area (8 to 1.6 months) (including a person who has no special prison) after traffic accidents.
