A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by a fine of 150,000 won, by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by a fine of 150,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant B are relatives.

1. On December 21, 2012, at around 02:00, the Defendants’ special theft Defendants: (a) 02:00, and (b) 02:00, the owners established at the vicinity of the G elementary school located in the Nam-gu Nam-gu, Gwangju, and the owners of the Haba (50CC) under the market value “Newba (50CC)” located near the G elementary school located in the Nam-gu, Gwangju; (c) Defendant A reported the network, and Defendant B: (d) took hand hand hand hand and towed approximately 30 meters; and (d) Defendant B got around the G park located in the Gudong-gu, and (d) took part in the above Obaba; (c) Defendant B took part in the front seat of the Haba; and (d) Defendant B took part in the above Obaba.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. Defendant A

A. On December 21, 2012, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license (unlicensed driving) from around 02:00 to 06:01, the Defendant, as prescribed in Paragraph 1, driven the motor vehicle from the roads near the Gwangju Park located in Seo-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju to the roads near the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu.

B. On December 21, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”), as prescribed in paragraph (1), drive a stolen vehicle B on the rear seat and drive it without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license on the rear seat, thereby driving the road above the Seo-gu Seo-dong Yang-dong Seo-dong, Gwangju toward the direction of the Gwangju Park in the direction of the Yangdong market.

Since there is a place where traffic is controlled by signal apparatus, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving according to the signals.

Nevertheless, when the defendant neglected this and proceeded in violation of the signal as it is, the part of the I driver's J-on's J-on, which was directed in accordance with green signal in the direction of the right-hand side of the defendant's running direction, shall be the front right-hand side of the J-on.
