Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On December 24, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 03:00, and led to the cross-road crossing of the Gu theater distance in Gwangju East-gu, Gwangju-gu, to both parallel markets from the south Mine market.
