Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On November 22, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Suwon Friwon on November 22, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 30, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. On June 16, 2017, at around 21:58, the Defendant: (a) destroyed special property; (b) at the request of the Defendant’s family members on the road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si B; and (c) destroyed the repair cost of KRW 1,167,714, and KRW 14,714, repair costs by shocking the back portion of the G E-ray vehicle owned by the Defendant’s front part of the G M& car owned by the victim, which was parked on the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle, while driving the D Cost Star Engine, and stopped on the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle.
2. On April 22, 2012, the Defendant is a person who has driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on April 22, 2012 (the issuance of a summary order of KRW 5 million at the source of the water source method on June 27, 2012), the driving of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on May 22, 2012 (the suspension of execution of two years at the source of the water source method on November 8, 2012) and Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on two or more occasions.
On June 16, 2017, the Defendant driven Done Star Fex motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.139% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license for motor vehicles on the front road of Suwon-si, Suwon-si B.
