Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the acquisition of stolen goods at the Seoul Eastern District Court on January 14, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence at Seongdong-gu District Court.

1. The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

B. On August 31, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant found one of the two mobile phones, which is the victim H, in an influent bus of the Daejeon Complex Terminal, parked at the lower level of the Daejeon Eastdong-gu, Daejeon. The Defendant found one of the two mobile phones of Samsung galle S2, which is the ownership of the victim H lost.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

3. On August 31, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act is entitled to the Agricultural Credit Card Co., Ltd., which was stolen by himself as No. 22 per annum No. 22 of the List of Crimes in the Annexed Crime.
