1.『2019고단2056』 피고인은 2019. 3. 29. 18:00경 수원시 팔달구 B에 있는 'C식당'에서 피해자 D(여,58세)가 술에 취한 피고인에게 귀가를 요청하자 이에 화가 나 그곳 테이블 위에 있던 가위(총 길이 23.5cm, 날 길이 13cm)와 집게(길이 21cm)를 양손에 들고 피해자에게 "이 년 죽여버린다. 똥갈보 같은 년아!"라고 욕설을 하며 피해자를 향해 가위와 집게를 휘두르거나 찍는 시늉을 하고, 이와 같은 피고인의 행동에 겁을 먹은 피해자가 식당 밖으로 나가자 피고인은 가위와 집게를 양손에 집어 들고 식당 밖으로 나와 피해자를 쫓아다니며 위협하였다.
