A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant committed the following crimes under the influence of alcohol, where the Defendant had the ability to discern things or make decisions:
1. Around 01:20 on May 4, 2012, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury by a deadly weapon, etc.) and at the “E restaurant” operated by the victim D (the age of 55) in Jeju, the Defendant got more drinking to the victim, while having seeing the victim’s horses and taking the victim’s head at his/her hand, and she saw the victim’s head at his/her hand, and she saw the victim’s head as his/her hand, and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the two- weeks of the victim’s hair, which is a dangerous object, such as the second part of the victim’s head.
