Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years in the period of 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor due to the nighttime intrusion of structures at night by the Daejeon District Court on May 18, 2016, and the suspended sentence was revoked on March 7, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the official prison on August 17, 2017.

1. On November 19, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:00, stolen the victim E, who was set up at the D parking lot located in Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon, with a 180,000 won or more shot shot 4 single fluent fluium, at the market price of the victim E.

2. On November 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut off the G agency located in Daejeon Central District of Daejeon on the 14:30 on November 30, 2017, with the victim H’s market value equivalent to KRW 30,000,000 from the G agency; and (b) stolen it.

On February 17, 2018, at around 16:20 on February 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) cut off the frame side of the “K” office operated by the victim J in Daejeon-dong-gu, from one air-conditioner in the market value of the victim’s possession, which was kept by the victim himself/herself to recycle; (b) one steel agents (3.5m in length: 3.5m in length); three steel agents pipe (75m in diameter: 75m in diameter); two steel plates; one steel scrap pipe; 2 mphers in pipes for steel agents; and mars, waves, etc. into hand.

On June 2, 2018, the Defendant, around 09:00, went into the N.N. managed by the victims M. of L located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, on June 2, 2018, and went into the 1st floor of the building that is not locked, and went into the 2nd floor through stairs, and 4 of the steel rail rail installed in the corridor in advance after going into the hallway, and opened the 1st knife, and 30m of electric wires connected to the pipe of the place.

The Defendant, as seen above, invaded upon a building and stolen steel salves of the market price, and intruded the building four times from April 20, 2018 to the above Si, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and stolen the victims’ property.
