A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized divers (No. 1) shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence, theft;

A. On July 23, 2016, around 15:00 on July 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim D in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do into the front end by way of entry; (b) entered the front end of the victim D’s residence; (c) made up of the victim’s 50,000 won of the market price, which is the victim’s possession; and (d) cut off with two steel agents, two signboards, and 15 kms of the clothes stored in the front end of the container via entry and exit.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property by intrusion upon the victim's residence.

B. On July 24, 2016, around 16:00 on July 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the place specified in the above paragraph 1’s (A) to the front end by having access; (b) entered the place; and (c) cut off the front end by having one oxygen tank in an amount equivalent to KRW 800,000,000, the market value of the victim’s possession, which was located at that place; and (d) having a pipe of Aluminum, four electric power pipes; and (e) cutting down

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property by intrusion upon the victim's residence.

C. On July 25, 2016, around 15:00 on July 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the place specified in the above paragraph 1(a) to the front end by entering the said place; (b) went into the front end, and stolen the said place with five pipes, five ironworks, two ironworks, and metal tools equivalent to KRW 600,000 at the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property by intrusion upon the victim's residence.

2. On August 2, 2016, around 15:30 on August 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a lock installed on the entrance door by using dracker, which was in front of the building managed by the victim F in Western-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) opened the locks installed on the entrance door in front of the building; and (c) opened into the front door and entered into the lock door; and (d) opened three of the market price of the victim, which is the victim’s possession, at the same time, with three of the joint voting of alkinium, the Defendant did not appear to have been dispatched by police officers upon receipt of a report.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steals property by impairing the structure managed by the victim.
