A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on April 13, 2014;

(a) No person who violates the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse shall purchase a child or juvenile sex;

Nevertheless, on April 13, 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Asan-si C, purchased the sex of the juvenile in the Defendant’s house, stating that “it is a 200,000 won to reduce the 200,000 won” to D (the age of 14) who is a juvenile from “Talk,” which is a part of “Walk,” and purchased the sex of the juvenile from “214,000,000 won to E in the same day.”

B. The Defendant made a false statement to the victim D at the same time, time, and place as the paragraph 1(a) stating that “I will give 200,000 won if he/she sexual intercourse.”

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if the victim sexual intercourses with the victim, because the cash was not more than 80,000 won from the beginning, and the sexual intercourse was likely to escape after the completion of the sexual intercourse.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, did not pay the amount of the sexual intercourse by deceiving the victim and being provided with the sexual intercourse from the victim, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to KRW 200,000.

2. The crime committed on August 30, 2014;

(a) No person who violates the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse shall purchase a child or juvenile sex;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 15:00 on August 30, 2014, at the Defendant’s house located in Asan City, purchased the sex of the juvenile by comparing the above G with the 310 room in the 310 room of Cheongju City on the same day, the Defendant stated that “We will reduce the amount of KRW 2.50,000 to the amount of money, and that I would like to have the amount of money twice in the face of 2.50,000 to the amount of money.” The Defendant purchased the sex of the juvenile by comparing the above G with the 310 room of Cheongju City on the same day.

B. The defrauded stated that “I wish to give 2.50,00 won if I wish to attend school” to the victim G at the same time, time, and place as paragraph 2(a).

However, the fact is about 50,000 cash from the beginning.
