A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 03:00 on the day of 03:00, engaged in the act of purchasing child and juvenile sex by engaging in the act of similaritying the Defendant’s sexual organ into the entrance of the above juvenile with KRW 1.60,00 to E (n, 14 years of age) who met through “D”, a smartphone, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Busan High-gu Busan High-gu C building 421.

2. The Defendant, at the end of 24:00 on January 2015, 2015, committed the act of purchasing child and juvenile sex by sexual intercourse with the above juvenile while inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the above juvenile’s sound book.
