A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who was in office as a teacher of the second grade 1 of D elementary school in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, 2014, and the victim E (V, 7 years of age) was a half of the second grade 1 of the above elementary school at the time.

1. The Defendant: (a) around March 2014 or around April 201, at the victim’s panty class of the second grade class around 2014; (b) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the victim’s panty in the victim’s panty; and (c)

Around July 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by inserting the victim’s hand into the victim’s panty pansty, putting the victim’s hand together in the victim’s pansty class of the second grade class class and the victim’s “evaluation of the level of achievement of studies at the end of the first class class of 2014” and in the Korean language test and study test.

3. On October 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by forcing the victim by inserting the victim’s attendance inside the victim’s entrance, with the victim’s “an interim academic achievement evaluation of the second semester of 2014” scores from 75 to 100.

4. On October 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by putting the victim at the end of the second grade class class class 1, 2014, with the intent to force the victim to commit an indecent act by placing the victim’s panty with the victim’s panty, thereby forcing the victim to commit an indecent act.

5. Around November 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by inducing the victim to commit an indecent act in the future on the books on which the victim was seated by the Defendant, and by inserting his hand into the victim’s panty, and by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act.
