Punishment of the crime

The defendant was the head of Busan Shipping Daegu apartment management office.

On January 2016, when the Defendant intends to leave a Dong representative in the process of election of the Dong representative that was conducted in the above apartment complex, he/she shall submit to the election management committee with the consent of the residents of each Dong.

Nevertheless, the Defendant deleted the date of consent using the revised tape to elect the said candidate as the representative without obtaining the consent of the new residents in an opportunity to keep the “D” consent form for the same representative candidate, which was drafted on August 2015, and entered the date of consent on January 20, 2016.
