1. The Defendant’s election of Dong-si, the president, and the auditor is null and void.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Won-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) is an apartment with a total of 6 households, 200 households.

B. On December 3, 2015, the instant apartment election commission announced that the term of registration of candidates is from December 4, 2015 to December 17, 2015, the resident residents of the instant apartment council (one chairperson), the auditor (one auditor), and the Dong representative (6 representative) will be held on December 11, 2015. The said commission announced that the term of registration of candidates is from December 4, 2015 to December 17, 200.

C. After December 10, 2015, a candidate registration closing date, up to 17:00 each Dong, six persons registered as a candidate for the same representative, and the Plaintiff and C were registered as a candidate for the president.

On December 10, 2015, the instant apartment election commission publicly announced that all six candidates were elected by free vote on the ground that the same representative candidate is one person for each Dong.

E. On December 11, 2015, six persons elected by the Dong Representative elected C as the Chairperson by holding a council of occupants’ representatives and by holding a council of occupants’ representatives to elect C as the Chairperson and then elected one auditor.

Chapter 3. Representatives, Dong Representatives, and Officers. 1. Article 13 (Representatives) (1) The representative (representatives) who is one of the elected persons shall be elected by each of the stairs (unit 10 units) in order to facilitate and prompt the delivery to the total residents, and to enhance the efficiency of the operation of the main association, and shall be delegated to him/her with voting rights of the council of occupants' representatives.

(2) To be elected with the consent of four-fifths of occupants, etc. by stairs.

Article 14 (Representative) Each Dong shall be elected from among the persons eligible for election as provided in Chapter 6 to Article 23 with the consent of all such representatives, and their automatic directors shall be elected.

Provided, That one and four Dongs shall be divided into Dong, and two representatives shall be elected from each other.

Article 15 (Executives) (1) The Association shall have the following officers:

1. One chairman;

2. One vice-chairperson;

3. One general director;

4. Seven directors; and

5. Two auditors. (2) The council of occupants' representatives shall be comprised of the persons eligible for election under Chapter VI of the Regulations.
