1. 전자금융 거래법위반 피고인은 2014. 3. 4. 중국 내 전화금융 사기 조직원인 성명 불상자( 위 챗 아이디 ‘F’ )로부터 국내에서 모집한 현금카드 등을 양수하라는 지시를 받고, 2014. 4. 24. 16:30 경 서울 영등포구 1028-3 관악 농협 대림 지점 앞 노상에서 성명 불상의 퀵 서비스 기사를 통하여 H의 농협은행 계좌와 연결된 현금카드, 그 비밀번호 등 전자금융거래에 관한 접근 매체를 양수하였다.
