A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

During the period from July 1, 2007 to December 27, 2007, the Defendant is a public official belonging to C elementary school located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, who has been engaged in the business of revenue, expenditure, etc.

1. On October 5, 2007, the Defendant embezzled KRW 2,003,20 of the purchase price of goods to be paid to meal service enterprises, such as “D,” etc. in the Seocho-gu Office for the victim C elementary school administrative office located in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, for the sake of the victim, and embezzled KRW 63,123,860 by arbitrarily consuming KRW 63,123,860 from the members of the previous North Korea to December 13, 2007 as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes between around that time and December 13, 207.

2. Counterfeiting an official document;

A. On November 28, 2007, the Defendant, without authority, stated “A”, “A” in the name column of a receiver, “A” in the name column of a bank, “A” in the amount column, “735,080” in the preparation date column, “A” in the preparation date column, and “C elementary school accounting treasurer” in the preparation date column, and “A elementary school accounting treasurer” in the preparation date column, without authority, for the purpose of uttering at the location described in paragraph (1) of the same Article, and printed out the same and kept in the back of the preparation column.

C In order to affix the official seal of an elementary school, a public document on rights and obligations, forged a transfer of account under C elementary school name.

B. On December 13, 2007, the Defendant, without authority, stated the “A”, “A”, “A”, “A”, “15,910 won”, “C elementary school accounting officer in the Preparation Book”, and “C elementary school accounting officer” in the Preparation Book, without authority, using a computer for the purpose of uttering at a place specified in paragraph (1) of the same Article, as the receiver’s name column; and printed out the same and kept in the back of the originator’s name column.

C In order to affix the official seal of an elementary school, a public document on rights and obligations, forged a transfer of account under C elementary school name.

3. The Defendant’s uttering of forged official document will be 2-A. B. A. A. at the time and time of the entry in the port, Jinjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
