A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) were operated by the Defendant on October 24, 2019, around 07:51, while driving a car with BNAS G70 car, the four-lane road in front of the Busan Jin-gu Busan Metropolitan City was changed from the intersection to the intersection in writing from the intersection along three-lanes.

In this case, there was a duty of care to acquire a driver's license and to safely drive the brake and steering gear by accurately manipulating the steering system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this to change the vehicle line to four lanes consecutively without obtaining a driver's license, and thereby, received the part of the victim D(60 years of age)'s front part of the victim D(60 years of age) driving in normal driving according to the four-lanes.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, sustained injury to the pertinent D, such as light salt, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and, at the same time, escaped without immediately stopping the said urban bus while destroying approximately 2,275,680 won of repair costs, and without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victim.

On October 24, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and driven the said vehicle at a section of about 6km from the H parking lot located in Busan-gu G, after passing through the road in front of the same Gu C building, which is the place where a traffic accident under paragraph (1) occurred, from the Defendant’s dwelling located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu without obtaining a driver’s license on October 24, 2019.
