Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 11, 2013, at around 11:20, the Defendant driven B freight cars without obtaining a driver’s license from the Commissioner of the Local Police Agency in a section of about 5km in the vicinity of the 5km-dong, Seopo-dong, Busan, Seopo-dong, Seopo-dong, Busan, and the head of the Local Police Agency in front of the Jindong, Seopo-dong, Busan.
