Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 2007, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D (the 32 years of age at that time) through the Plaintiff’s home located in Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, the Defendant: “If the Defendant operates golf equipment stores, 1 million won as a monthly interest, and 1 million won will be repaid after the six months.”

3. On May 2010, the Defendant closed his/her business with “I” golf products operated by Seongbuk-gu Seoul H at a place where he/she is not aware of a place of Seoul or lower in Seoul, and the face value-added tax is to be paid later.
