Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2013, the Defendant told the victim B to pay the principal and interest on every five copies of the interest, if he lends 30 million won to the victim B at the mutual infinite coffee shop located in Busan-dong, Busan-gu.

However, the defendant did not have any specific property at the time and did not have any intent or ability to repay the above money to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received money from the victim to the Busan Bank account in the name of the Defendant (C) and acquired it by transfer, on three occasions, including KRW 4 million on September 11, 2013, KRW 13 million on 22.13 million on the same month, and KRW 15 million on 23.15 million on the same month.
