A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not have any revenue or special property other than approximately KRW 500,000,00 from monthly income earned in the open opening, and there is a need to pay KRW 6,00,000 per month interest on the Defendant’s personal debt of KRW 300,000,000, and even if he borrowed money from others, he did not have any intention or ability to repay.

1. On February 23, 2010, the criminal defendant against the victim C made a false statement to the victim C, stating, “When he/she lends money to purchase the land, he/she shall pay interest twice a month, and he/she shall be paid after one month from the time when he/she requests repayment.”

The Defendant received 3,000,000 won from the victim’s seat to the agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant, and acquired 90,190,000 won in total on 16 occasions as shown in the annexed Crime List (No. 1-16 once a year) from the time to February 27, 2013, respectively, from the time to February 27, 2013.

2. On September 20, 2007, the criminal defendant against the victim D made a false statement to the victim D’s house located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan Seo-gu, stating that “The victim shall pay the victim two installment interest every month if he/she lends the money, and he/she shall be repaid after one month from the time when he/she requests repayment.”

The Defendant received KRW 5,00,000 from the victim to October 27, 201, the Defendant received the total amount of KRW 40,000,000,000 from the time of receipt of the loan from the victim, namely, from the victim, to October 27, 201, respectively.

3. On July 27, 2011, the criminal defendant against the victim F made a false statement to the victim F, stating, “If he/she lends money, he/she shall pay interest twice a month, and he/she shall be paid after one month from the time when he/she requests repayment.”

The defendant receives 11,00,000 won from the time to August 24, 201, under the name of the defendant, from the victim to the agricultural bank account in the name of the defendant.
