B is a person who has entered into a contract for construction with the victim D to "E soundproofing Walls Construction Contract", and the defendant C is a person who has been awarded a subcontract for the above construction contract from the defendant B, and the defendant A was a person who actually performed the above construction contract by re-subcontracted by the defendant C.

The Defendants solicited the victims to claim for personnel expenses by claiming the wages of workers who did not work at the construction site at the above site.

Accordingly, on August 31, 2013, Defendant A and Defendant C prepared a written claim for the payment of wages from the person F who did not actually work at the above construction site at an influent site of the lower end of August, 2013, and subsequently requested Defendant B to pay the said written claim to the victim according to the amount of the said written claim. Accordingly, Defendant B submitted the above claim to the victim at the H office operated by the damaged person in the Gumi-si on August 31, 2013 and received KRW 1,80,000 as personnel expenses from the same day, and received KRW 58,190,000 from the same day to December 31, 2013 as shown in the attached list of crimes from around 17 to December 31, 2013.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim and received the goods.
