Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 30,000 won shall be one day.

On August 17, 2018, at around 18:32, the Defendant operated D vehicles with a fixed speed exceeding 30km/h of 11km/h in a children protection zone at the entrance of Pyeongtaek-si B.
