On September 19, 2014, the Defendant driven B vehicle on September 10, 2012, and violated the direction indicating traffic safety facilities by driving the vehicle at the school-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to turn to the left at the right edge of the 235 Seoul Customs Road.
