Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties is a legal entity that establishes and operates the Kumi Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) located in the old-si 10-ro 12, old-si. The plaintiff B is a person who gives birth to the plaintiff A at the defendant hospital, and the plaintiff C is the father of the plaintiff.
B. On July 7, 2012, Plaintiff B, who was admitted to the Defendant Hospital, was diagnosed for pregnancy, and thereafter was regularly diagnosed for pregnancy. 2) On March 14, 2013, 2013, the 40th anniversary of pregnancy, Plaintiff B, who was admitted to the Defendant Hospital.
