Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2013, at around 21:17 and around 10:37 on March 14, 2013, the Defendant continued the phone call to the victim B (the age of 42) without any speech while setting a limitation on the phone number display at an insular location.

After that, on March 14, 2013, at around 20:22, the Defendant: (a) sent a phone to the victim while setting a limitation on the phone number display at an influence site; and (b) called, “I am dead and discarded down; (c) I am dead as soon as the year C; (d) I am dead; and (c) I am out of the phone at around 20:36 on the same day, I am the phone again, “I am dead, I am dead, I am am dead, I am am dead, and I am am dead, and I am ready. I am the same year.” On the same day, I am the phone again at around 20:40 on the same day, so that I am “I am dead and am dead, I am am dead, and am dead, so I am slebling through an information and communications network.”
