The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged was assaulted by the Defendant at the “C” senior citizens center located in Seocheon-si B at around 15:00 on August 2019, on the ground that the Defendant was faced with the Defendant’s blue blue plate when the Defendant was faced with the Defendant at the location to go to the hospital while the Defendant was faced with the Defendant at the seat of the victim D ( South Korea and 83 years old).

C. On May 29, 2020, after the prosecution of this case, a written agreement stating the victim D's intention not to punish the defendant was submitted.
