The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 00:30 on May 1, 2020, the Defendant reported that “C Child Care Center” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu B had a dispute between the victim D (the victim D and 24 years old) and E, the Defendant’s seat, and assaulted the victim by hand twice.

2. Determination:

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention;

C. A written agreement stating the victim's intent not to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case was filed.
