The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 00:30 on June 19, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the Victim D (Nam, 21 years of age) and the part of the Victim’s life order in the front of the toilets adjacent to the “C” located in Seocheon-si B, Seocheon-si.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention;
C. On August 11, 2020, after the prosecution of this case, a written agreement stating the victim D's intention not to punish the defendant was submitted.
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: It is so decided as per Disposition for the reasons under Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
