Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment is individually disclosed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendants, as married couple from January 26, 2015, took care of the victims D (if known, 22 months as of September 22, 2015, e) with a period of entrusted fostering as one year, and nurture them together.

A. On September 22, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Abuse Crimes (Child Bodi Bodily Injury) committed by Defendant A around 19:35 on September 2, 2015, at the living room located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City FF building B02 residential areas, Defendant D (22 months) of the above victim D (hereinafter referred to as “the victim’s husband and wife”) was living together with the Defendant’s husband and her her husband and her son were living together to drink when she she she she was living together with the Defendant’s husband and her her husband and her she was living together with the Defendant, on the ground that she did not drink her she was not well drinking, and caused the victim to suffer from any harm of the victim’s her daily life, such as the victim’s flafing, brain flafing, flafing, pneing, and her sexual le.

Accordingly, the defendant committed a child abuse crime, resulting in a danger to the life of a child victim and resulting in a fatal disease to the victim.

B. Defendants in violation of the Child Uniforms Act (child abandonment and neglect) brought up the said victim D (Influence, 14 months and 22 months) at the place of residence of the said Defendants from January 26, 2015 to September 22, 2015, the said Defendants left the victim’s hand over during the said period, i.e., the victim was neglected to take care of the victim to the hospital, such as her influence, even though the part of the left hand hand part, she was cut off.

As a result, the Defendants neglected the basic protection, rearing, and treatment for the victims who are children under their protection and supervision in collusion.
