Defendants are not guilty.

1. On October 19, 2013, the Defendants: (a) around 20:00 on the alleyway adjacent to “Finginging machine” located in Singing-si; (b) the Defendants came to be a vision for Defendant A to ask the victim G (the age of 51) on the part of the victim G while Defendant A was her mouthd; and (c) Defendant A laid down the victim’s breath by cutting the breath, leading the victim’s breath into the breath floor; and (d) Defendant B and C together with the breath and the breath of the victim’s face and the breath of the breath; and (e) the victim had the victim take care of about two weeks of treatment.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. Although the Defendants and their defense counsel’s summary of the defense counsel abused the Defendant A, Defendant B and C told it, the Defendants did not commit an injury by assaulting the victim.

3. The judgment is based on the evidence consistent with the above facts. The victim's investigative agency and the victim's statement in this court (the victim's assaulted the defendant A in front of the F K K-sing practice room, and the defendants pushed the victim's h to the "H" by pushing the victim into the breath, thereby damaging the floor.) However, the records are as follows. ① The CCTV submitted by the defendant A to the investigative agency is used as a part of the victim's assaulting the defendant A in front of the above K-sing practice room, and the CCTV was used as a part of the victim's assaulting the victim A at the same place, and the victim's continued assault. ② The witness I, the president of the K-sing practice room, went out of the victim's face immediately after witnessing the victim's face of the assault, but the defendants did not see the victim's b's h's son's hand and led the victim's objection to the victim's b after his fighting.
