1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 21, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement No. 1, it is recognized that the Plaintiff lent KRW 22,00,000 to the Defendant on January 5, 2015 as of February 28, 2015.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from April 21, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, sought by the Plaintiff, as the above loan 22,00,000 won and the payment period therefor.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
